FSI First Quarter, 2010 Financials Expected – and Conference Call

VICTORIA, BRITISH COLUMBIA, May 6, 2010 – FLEXIBLE SOLUTIONS INTERNATIONAL, INC. (NYSE Amex: FSI, FRANKFURT: FXT), is the developer and manufacturer of biodegradable polymers for oil extraction, detergent ingredients and crop nutrient availability chemistry, as well as biodegradable and environmentally safe water and energy conservation technologies. Today the Company announces the dates set for first quarter, 2010 revenue release and conference call.

First quarter (Q1), 2010 revenue rose to $3.38million, up from $2.66million in Q1, ’09. Combined with the significant revenue increases in Q3 and Q4, 2009 and in relation to revenue declines seen during first and second quarters of 2009, this consecutive increase in sales may indicate a significant reversal in the revenue trend for the Company.

Financial statements will be released concurrent with our 10-Q SEC report on May 13th after market close.
