The Company is very pleased to announce that Mr. Derick J. Walker will be joining its board of advisors.

Mr. Walker brings a wide range of experience, knowledge and contacts to Flexible Solutions Int. Inc.

Derick Walker is a Director and Chief Operating Officer of Vancadia Capital Corporation. Vancadia offers a broad range of financial and business services to companies who, have developed beyond the first stage and, meet the criteria of being socially responsible and/ or operated by women.

Mr. Walker obtained a diploma in Banking from The Chartered Institute of Bankers (UK) in 1970 to become an Associate of the Institute. Mr. Walker spent 28 years in the Banking industry in both domestic and international banking, primarily with National Westminster Bank Plc and National Westminster Bank of Canada. From 1989‑1992 he acted as a consultant to West Canada Depository Trust Company, at the time one of Canada’s two central securities depositories, and a subsidiary of the Vancouver Stock Exchange. He went on to join the Vancouver Stock Exchange in Oct 1992 to June 1996 as Manager, Market Development, establishing the VSE’s marketing program to the US, UK and Europe. In June 1996‑1998 he joined Norsat International Inc. (TSE) as Vice President, Corporate Communications. From Sept 1998‑Sept 2000 he established a financial consulting service to both public companies and financial organizations.

Flexible Solutions manufactures and sells evaporation and energy reduction products for the swimming pool, fresh water and agricultural markets. The Company has manufacturing plants in Victoria, BC and Montreal, Quebec.
