Flexible Solutions is very pleased to announce that Mr. Herbert R. Bolz and
Dr. Milind M. Lele have agreed to join the Companyís board of advisors
Mr. Herbert R. Bolz is a director of various private and public companies. He is self-employed and manages a portfolio of real estate properties, in addition, he advises a number of individuals in banking and financial matters.Ý Until August 2001, Herbert was a Director and Manager of UBS Bank (Canada), in charge of British Columbia and Alberta.Ý Mr. Bolz opened the Vancouver office for Swiss Bank Corporation and UBS in 1982 and developed the Western Canadian market until his retirement.
Prior to 1982, Herbert was responsible for the private banking activities of Swiss Bank Corp. in Montreal for over 10 years.Ý Mr. Bolz was born in Switzerland and started his banking career in 1965 with Swiss Bank Corp.Ý He holds dual Swiss and Canadian citizenship.
Dr. Milind M. Lele is the Managing Director of SLC Consultants Inc., a strategy consulting firm based in Chicago.Ý Dr. Lele is also Adjunct Professor of Strategy and Marketing at the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.Ý He has taught at the Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University.
Dr. Lele is the acclaimed author of two books: The Customer is Key and Creating Strategic Leverage. ÝHe has had articles in such publications as: Harvard Business Review, The Sloan Management Review, The Journal of Business Strategy, The New York Times and Business Marketing.Ý In addition, he has lectured on strategy and marketing throughout the world.
Dr. Leleís consulting career spans 30 years.Ý He has consulted for: AT&T(T), Briggs and Stratton Co.(BGG), Cincinnati Bell Telephone(BRW), Deere and Co.(DE), W.W. Grainger(GWW), Motorola(MOT), NCR Corp.(NCR), Owens Corning(OWC), US West(USW) and Verizon(VZ).Ý Dr. Lele earned his PhD in Applied Mathematics from Harvard, his B.Sc. in Physics from the University of Poona and his B.E. in Electrical Communication Engineering from the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, India.
