$4.75 Million Letter of Intent for Water$avr from China
Flexible Solutions is pleased to announce that the Company has received a Letter of Intent from the Ministry of Water of the Peoples Republic of China and the National Engineering Research Center for Water Saving and Irrigation at Yang Ling, to purchase a minimum of US 4.75 million dollars worth of our evaporation reduction powder over the next 4 years.
Patrick Grant, President, states, “This letter of intent was negotiated following successful testing of Water$avr in Yang Ling, China in Dec 2001. As part of the Letter of Intent, a larger scale test will be conducted in China. Success again should result in a firm contract and a date for the first shipment. NERCWSI has already chosen the sites and planning has begun. Both teams are looking forward to this next step.”
Flexible Solutions is an environmental technology company engaged in developing and selling energy and water conservation products worldwide. Water$avr is a patented biodegradable powder that reduces evaporation at a cost as low as $.03 per cubic meter of water saved.
