FSI Confirms Annual Dividend and Payment Date
VICTORIA, BRITISH COLUMBIA, September 19, 2019 – FLEXIBLE SOLUTIONS INTERNATIONAL, INC. (NYSE-AMERICAN: FSI, FRANKFURT: FXT), is the developer and manufacturer of biodegradable polymers for oil extraction, detergent ingredients and water treatment as well as crop nutrient availability chemistry. Flexible Solutions also manufactures biodegradable and environmentally safe water and energy conservation technologies. Today the Company confirms that it will pay the second half of the $0.15 annual dividend ($0.075 per share) on October 15, 2019 to shareholders of record on October 1. The ex-dividend date will be September 30, 2019. This announcement is related to the $0.15 annual dividend announced in March of 2019. Note: the first half of this annual dividend was paid in April of 2019.
Mr. Dan O’Brien, CEO, states, “This is the second and final dividend for 2019. The first dividend in 2020 will be paid in April. We look forward to continuing to reward our shareholders through our dividend program.”
