(AMEX: FSI, FRANKFURT: FXT), the developer and manufacturer of biodegradable and environmentally safe water and energy conservation technology, as well as anti-scalant and plant growth enhancement technology, today announced record revenue of $2,023,587 for the quarter ending March 31st 2005 compared to $488,110 for the comparable quarter of 2004.

Mr. Fred Kupel, Chief Financial Officer states, “We are pleased to see that the acquisition of our NanoChem division last year combined with the start of the 2005 North American swimming pool sales season have contributed to record revenue for first quarter. Management expects a profit for the quarter and will file the definitive 10QSB report in the week of May 9th.”
